  1、原料:蘋果2個、銀耳20克、荸荠15個、豬腱子肉250克。

  2、先将所有材料洗淨,豬腱子肉切塊,荸荠削去外皮,銀耳浸泡在清水中備用。

  3、鍋中放入八分滿的水,待水煮沸後,放入所有材料,以大火煮約20分鐘後,轉小火,繼續炖約2小時即可。
