  1、材料:雞脯肉400克,洋蔥片50,蒜蓉15克,黑椒碎20克,青、紅辣椒各10克,鹽、糖、蚝油、醬油、生粉、花生油各适量。

  2、雞脯肉洗淨切塊,用鹽、糖、生粉、花生油、醬油拌勻備用;

  3、青紅辣椒去籽洗淨,切塊備用;

  4、開鍋下油,爆香洋蔥、蒜蓉和黑椒,下雞肉翻炒片刻,然後加入蚝油、青紅辣椒和少許水繼續翻炒,然後收汁、調味便可上碟。
