  1、用料:火腿肉、嫩豆腐、料酒、精鹽、味精、熟豬油。

  2、火腿肉切成片。嫩豆腐去掉皮,入溫水中加沸煮一下,使除去豆腥味,撈出。

  3、切片排在盆中,撒上味精和精鹽少許,鋪上火腿片,淋上料酒。

  4、上籠旺火蒸熟,取出淋上熟豬油少許即成。

  5、如再加鮮銀魚同蒸,即成“金腿銀魚蒸豆腐”,風味更美。
