  1、首先把土豆去皮,然後切成絲。

  2、放到盤中,加30克左右的蔥花、适量的鹽攪拌均勻腌制十幾分鐘。

  3、熱鍋下油,油量要比平常炒菜多些。

  4、然後把腌制好的土豆絲撒到鍋裡,用鍋鏟壓成餅狀,用小火煎。

  5、煎得3分鐘左右,用碟子蓋住,然後壓緊碟子,把平底鍋翻轉,土豆餅就完好地落在碟中了。
