  1、奶香卷心菜的用料:卷心菜800克3人份;輔料:食鹽适量、淡奶油适量;

  2、卷心菜嬰切去根部老茬,剝除外層老葉,清洗後對半切開,比較容易入味;

  3、油鍋放一小塊奶油,中火熔化後把菜嬰放進去翻炒,加鹽調味;

  4、如果奶油是有鹽分的要控制鹽量,繼續翻炒到切面有點點焦黃色就可以起鍋了。
