油焖大蝦的家常作法

  1、食材:青蝦500克、蔥适量、白糖适量、姜适量。

  2、從市場買來的青蝦一斤,用幹淨的剪刀剪去蝦槍、蝦須,去掉蝦線,然後加少許料酒腌制一下去腥。

  3、蔥姜切小段備用,鍋熱後,放入比平時炒菜略多一點的花生油,油熱後,放入腌制好的蝦,等蝦的一面變紅後,放入蔥姜絲,然後翻面,倒入由白糖、白醋、生抽、鹽調好的汁,焖2-3分鐘左右,看湯汁收的差不多,完成。
