  1、烏魚切片。

  2、加黑胡椒鹽料酒澱粉腌制片刻。

  3、下姜片先煎魚頭魚骨加白酒少許。

  4、大火煮沸後轉小火繼續炖。

  5、加豆腐煮沸後加調料白胡椒粉雞精鹽按自己喜好加料。

  6、大火煮沸後将魚骨和豆腐先撈出來盛湯碗。

  7、将腌好的魚片下鍋燙熟。

  8、燙熟後撈起盛碗。
