  1、材料:水發海帶500克,白糖250克。

  2、先将水發海帶500克漂淨鹽分,切成小塊。

  3、放入鍋内,加水适量煮熟,撈出,放在盆中。

  4、拌入白糖250克,腌漬—天後,即可食用。

  5、每日早、晚飯後食用或随意食用,每次50克。
