  1、回鍋肉:将豬肉先焯水,切成塊狀,放入熱油鍋中,翻炒倒入生抽、老抽調色、拍扁蒜頭、生姜放入翻炒,放入水50g,加蓋煮20分鐘即可上碟。

  2、叉燒肉:在豬肉中加入醬油、鹽、蜂蜜、白糖、料酒腌制,然後放在烤箱中180度烤20分鐘,即可取出切片下飯,非常的美味。
