  1、首先瘦肉切丁裝碗加料酒,加澱粉拌勻腌制10分鐘,蔥姜蒜切好。

  2、然後毛豆洗淨,紅蘿蔔切丁,熱鍋給水,下毛豆和紅蘿蔔煮斷生,撈出瀝幹。

  3、熱鍋給油下瘦肉,炒斷生,接着油鍋爆香蔥姜蒜,下毛豆紅蘿蔔翻炒,加鹽,水,瘦肉,胡椒粉,味精,蔥炒勻即可。
