  1、面對一定高度的物體,左腳跟放在物體上,腳尖勾起,兩腿伸直;

  2、兩手扶按在左膝上,或是用兩手抓握左腳,然後上體立腰向前下方振壓;

  3、用頭盡量觸及腳尖,兩腿交替進行。

  注意:兩腿伸直,立腰挺胸前壓。使腹部與大腿、胸與膝、頭與腳尖依次對應接觸,避免軀幹與腿之間出現的空隙。
