  1、兩隻梨洗幹淨,擦幹水分,削去梨頭,挖掉梨核,将梨洗淨,包錫紙,烤箱210℃,烘烤40至50分鐘。

  2、清水将銀耳泡軟,将銀耳、紅棗、枸杞、蓮子、百合放入鍋中小火熬煮半小時。

  3、将烤好的梨子去果皮、果瓤放入鍋中炖至梨子軟糯即可。
