酸辣泡蘿蔔的做法

  1、醋一瓶,小米辣一袋,象牙白蘿蔔一根,冰糖一塊備好。

  2、将白蘿蔔切成條,灑上鹽拌勻,放置1小時,使蘿蔔出水,将水濾幹淨。

  3、廣口玻璃瓶洗淨,無水無油,倒入半瓶浙醋(蘋果醋或米醋也行),泡椒水一袋,冰糖一塊,姜粒少許。

  4、将腌過的蘿蔔條放入瓶中,将泡椒倒入适量,喜歡吃辣的,可将泡椒切開。最後蓋上瓶蓋。

  5、就這樣放置3~4天就很入味了。
