香芋白菜焖排骨

  1、材料:白菜,排骨,芋頭 ,鹽,糖,姜絲。

  2、把各材料切好,排骨用生抽、少許鹽、糖、姜絲、油腌一會。

  3、煮熱油放芋頭過油,然後放一飯碗水,蓋上镬蓋煮熟,落鹽,盛起待用。

  4、炒香排骨至五成熟,盛起待用。

  5、切2片姜炒白菜,然後把排骨和芋頭放回镬裡一起煮,落一碗水。

  6、待水收得差不多就可以起鍋即可。
