  1、材料:老鴨半隻、豬肚200克、香蔥3棵、生姜1塊、食用油20克、料酒2小匙、胡椒粉少許、精鹽2小匙、味精1小匙。

  2、将老鴨宰殺後切塊煮熟,煮肚洗淨切片煮熱;香蔥洗淨切段、生姜洗淨拍松;

  3、鍋中倒入油,爆香香蔥段、生姜,倒入煮鴨塊的湯汁,再放入鴨塊、豬肚慢炖40分鐘;

  4、最後加入調味料即可。
