酥炸三文魚皮

  1、原料:三文魚皮、鹽、胡椒粉、酒、天婦羅粉、低粉、雞蛋、椒鹽、蕃茄醬。

  2、三文魚皮切成适口小塊後用鹽和胡椒粉,酒腌一會。天婦羅粉調成面衣。

  3、油鍋燒熱。把腌好的魚皮沾一層幹面粉再沾面衣。下油鍋炸到酥脆。非常簡單。

  4、沒有天婦羅粉可以用低粉150克一克泡打粉加上一個雞蛋再放100ML水調成。吃時可以沾椒鹽或蕃茄醬。
