家常油炸蝦的簡易做法

  1、青蝦500克,全麥面粉100克,鹽10克,食用油150克。

  2、将小河蝦剪去須和腳,用冷水清洗,再撿去别的雜屑,瀝出水份。放到盆内撒一層鹽翻拌。待其吃進鹽味,拌上小麥面粉。用竈火熱鍋,等油熱放進蝦發生爆炸,炸時要用長木筷勤拌和,待蝦呈橙黃色時撈起來,放鐵苕帚内瀝除油即成。
