  劍網三蒜泥白肉配方:

  材料:豬肉500克、大蒜50克、醬油50克、紅油10克、鹽2克、冷湯50克、紅糖10克、香料3克、味精1克。

  特色:

  成菜色澤紅彤彤、質地細嫩滑,味道鮮香,紅油蒜泥味極濃。

  制作方法:

  1、豬肉洗淨,入湯鍋煮熟,再用原湯浸泡至溫熱,撈出搌幹水分,片成長約10厘米、寬約5厘米的薄片裝盤;

  2、大蒜捶蓉,加鹽、冷湯調成稀糊狀,成蒜泥;

  3、上等醬油加紅糖、香料在小火上熬制成濃稠狀,加味精即成複制醬油
