主料:五花肉30克、茄子200克。輔料:蒜片3克、十三香2克、生抽5克、鹽2克、雞粉2克、水20毫升。

蒜片、五花肉切片,去皮茄子切條。

起鍋燒油,倒入蒜片、十三香、肉片,煸炒至肉變色。

加入生抽,倒入茄子,翻炒至茄子軟爛。

鹽、雞粉、水、翻炒至茄子軟爛即可。

成品。
