  1、準備:手在肩膀的正下方,全掌接觸地面,手指發力以減輕手腕的負擔,腳蹬起支撐下半身,收緊核心。

  2、下放過程:下放時吸氣,全程保持核心收緊,頭微微向上,保證頸部自然中立,手肘向斜後45度左右的方向打開。

  3、推起過程:向上推起時呼氣,手臂向前臂外側旋轉發力,夾起胸部,慢慢推回起始位置,手臂在推起過程中向内夾起發力,不要隻是伸直手臂。
