  1、将蘿蔔去皮洗淨,切成薄片後放入碗中,再放入少許鹽,攪拌均勻,靜置十分鐘,将辣椒洗淨切成圈,姜洗淨切成末。

  2、倒掉碗中盛出的蘿蔔水,然後放入辣椒圈、姜末,加入适量米醋。

  3、加入少許白糖,攪拌均勻,腌制十五分鐘左右即可。溫馨提示:蘿蔔盡量切薄一點,腌制時間長些更好吃,最好在三天内吃完。
