  1、主料:豬肉(瘦)200克。

  2、輔料:陳皮6克,木香6克,當歸10克。

  3、調料:姜5克,鹽1克,澱粉(豌豆)5克,植物油10克。

  4、瘦豬肉切成片,以鹽和濕澱粉調勻碼味;姜切片。

  5、鍋内放油燒熱,先放姜片和肉片,再加清水燒開後,放入陳皮、木香,以鹽調味,稍煮即可。
