  1、食材:芹菜葉5克、馄饨皮适量、胡蘿蔔15克、豬裡脊30克、鐵棍山藥30克。

  2、胡蘿蔔和山藥分别切小塊。胡蘿蔔、山藥用輔食機蒸20分鐘。

  3、水燒開,放入芹菜葉焯水3分鐘。豬裡脊切小塊,放入生姜水中浸泡10分鐘。

  4、蒸好的山藥、胡蘿蔔冷卻至常溫。輔食機内依次倒入胡蘿蔔、山藥、芹菜葉攪打成泥。

  5、筷子挑起肉餡放到馄饨皮上,卷起來包成小馄饨。

  6、水開後,倒入馄饨。煮至浮起,再倒入适量冷水。再次煮至馄饨浮起。鮮香嫩滑的小馄饨就做好啦。
