  1、準備材料:牛肉250g、番茄2個、芫荽一小把、生姜一小塊、花生油一湯匙、鹽一小把、醬油若幹、料酒一湯匙;

  2、番茄洗淨切塊,牛肉切小塊,姜塊切碎,混進肉裡,加料酒,醬油,鹽腌制五分鐘;

  3、砂鍋放适量米加水煮米飯,水開後放入牛肉,蓋蓋中小火煮熟;

  4、關火打開蓋加入醬油、番茄、芫荽攪拌均勻即可。
