  1、材料:冬瓜150克,水發木耳150克,大米15克,香菇4個,雞蛋1個,食鹽、水澱粉、味精、麻油各适量。

  2、做法:将冬瓜去皮洗淨切成片;木耳、大米洗淨備用;雞蛋打勻攤成蛋皮後切成寬片備用;鍋内加鮮湯上火燒開,下入大米、木耳、香菇煮沸5分鐘,再将冬瓜放入,開鍋後撒入食鹽、澱粉,起鍋前倒入蛋皮,淋上麻油即成。
