  1、材料:實闆豆腐1塊,芽菜1/2斤,中國芹菜1株(小),紅蘿蔔1小個,木耳1兩,芫茜2株;

  2、豆腐切小條用幼鹽腌約半小時;

  3、木耳浸透;

  4、芹菜、紅蘿蔔、木耳切絲,芫茜切碎;

  5、用白镬将芽菜略炒,用筲箕将芽菜隔水;

  6、用少許油把豆腐略煎,把它倒入筲箕中隔水;

  7、将芹菜、紅蘿蔔、木耳絲煮一會,然後加入其它材料拌勻;

  8、用鹽、古月粉調味後放筲箕上,待冷備用;

  9、将餡放入春卷皮内,包成小包,用镬略煎即成;

  10、吃時可加辣椒醬一起吃。
