  1、食材:帶魚800克,姜10克,花椒5克,八角5克,澱粉(豌豆)10克,鹽5克,植物油50克。

  2、将帶魚去腸、去頭尾、刮鱗洗淨後切成5厘米長的段,然後用姜末、花椒粉、大料粉、鹽腌一下,澱粉調水挂漿。

  3、鍋中放植物油燒熱,将帶魚段取出,逐個下入油鍋,慢火炸至兩面金黃時,撈出裝盤,即可食用。

  4、喜歡椒鹽的盤中放點椒鹽蘸着吃更是别有一番風味。
