  1、把鴨肉切1cm左右的小塊。

  2、把鴨肉用水泡2~3個小時,中間要換三次水。

  3、炒鍋放入清水,放入鴨塊,水要淹沒鴨塊。開火把水燒開。

  4、把鴨肉撈起,在用涼水沖洗幹淨。

  5、蔥姜蒜爆埚,放入鴨塊炒香,再放入調味料,加少許水焖熟起埚即可。
