  1、材料:豬瘦肉100克,老姜20克,蔥5克,肉清湯400克,熟豬油、精鹽、醬油、味精各适量。

  2、瘦肉洗淨剁成肉末;老姜洗淨切成1厘米長,0.3厘米厚的片;蔥切成1.5厘米長的小段。

  3、鍋置旺火上,放熟豬油燒至五成熱。

  4、将肉末、老姜下鍋炒熟,放肉清湯400克燒開,改小火煨5分鐘,放精鹽、醬油、味精、蔥花出鍋即可。
