  1、首先豆腐,鴨血切塊,韭菜,蔥,姜切好,然後鍋中燒水放鹽,水開後放入豆腐,開鍋煮3分鐘撈出。

  2、然後鴨血煮三分鐘,熱鍋給油,加蔥,姜爆香,加豆腐,鴨血,料酒,醬油,翻炒均勻。

  3、最後加水,鹽韭菜翻炒,加味精,濕澱粉,翻炒均勻即可。
