  1、原料:糯米300克,熟黃豆粉适量。芝麻20克,花生米20克,白糖等适量。

  2、制作方法:先将芝麻、花生米炒熟,壓碎加白糖拌成餡,黃豆炒熟磨成幹粉待用。糯米粉加溫水揉勻搓成條,下成10個大小均勻的劑子,搓圓後将中間捏窩包入餡心,又搓成湯圓形,放入開水鍋中煮熟,撈出放在裝有黃豆面的盤中滾一遍,粘滿豆面裝入盤中即可。
