  1、材料:田雞5隻,芫荽2棵(頭、葉分開),生油适量。腌料:蒜肉10粒,胡椒粉1/2茶匙,蚝油1茶匙,生抽2茶匙,鮮露1茶匙,生粉1茶匙。

  2、田雞宰殺,整理後洗淨,斬塊後抹幹。

  3、将蒜肉和芫荽頭剁碎,加入其他腌料拌透,再放入田雞塊拌勻,置冰箱中15分鐘。

  4、油鍋燒至八成熱,放入田雞塊,炸至金黃色盛起,放上芫荽葉裝飾。
