  1、材料:鹵牛腱1個、蔥絲1/2杯、小黃瓜絲或生菜絲酌量、蛋餅皮3張

  2、調味料:辣豆瓣醬1茶匙、醬油2大匙、麻油1大匙、蒜泥1茶匙、花椒粉1/3茶匙、糖1茶匙。

  3、牛腱切成極薄之片。大碗中調勻調味料。

  4、餅皮做好,如用春卷皮則需蒸軟。

  5、将牛肉片、黃瓜絲和蔥絲和調味料拌好,略放置一下,緊緊卷入餅中,斜切成段裝盤。
