牛肉蘿蔔湯怎麼炖好喝

  1、将水蘿蔔洗淨,去頭切成片;

  2、牛肉洗淨切成絲,放入碗内,加醬油、精鹽2克,香油2克,蔥(切末)、姜(切末)入味;

  3、湯鍋置火上,放入開水500克;

  4、先下蘿蔔片,湯開下牛肉絲,稍煮;

  5、下精鹽、香油、味精,起鍋盛入湯碗中;

  6、撒上香菜末即可。
