  1、主料:馬鲛魚一條。

  2、輔料:咖喱粉适量、姜蒜适量。

  3、将馬鲛魚洗淨切成寸斷,用鹽、生粉、料酒和少許的咖喱粉攪拌均勻腌制半小時。

  4、蒜剁成碎末,姜切成細絲。

  5、熱鍋少許熱油放入魚塊,轉小火煎至2面金黃至熟盛出。

  6、重新入油爆香蒜末和姜絲,根據自己口味放入咖喱粉稍微炒香,加入适量的水燒開。

  7、轉小火放入魚塊稍微焖制入味即可。
