  1、将五花肉剁成肉泥,蔥切末,姜切片備用。

  2、在平底鍋内放入适量豬油,放入姜蒜煸炒出香味,将剁好的五花肉取三分之二放入鍋中煸炒。

  3、将面揉成長條,揪成均勻的面團。

  4、擀皮,包餡,将包好的包子放在籠屜上,蒸20分鐘左右出鍋。
