  1、先取出發酸的面團放置在案闆上。

  2、在面團中間按出一個小洞。

  3、按照面粉和醋6:1的比例,将醋倒進面團的小洞裡。

  4、繼續對面團進行揉搓即可。

  5、揉好的面團放置五分鐘重新發酵,即可上鍋開始蒸制了。
