  1、将350g面粉和3g鹽混合,倒入500ml清水,揉成面團,醒發30分鐘。

  2、将面團切成均等的小份,加油搓成長條,醒發兩小時,兩手揪住面的兩端将面均勻拉長,拉細。

  3、鍋中加500ml水燒開,放入面條煮熟,撈出,将面團放入碗中,淋入20ml紅燒肉汁拌勻,再放上20g紅燒肉即可。
