  1、所需食材有雞脯肉100g、面包糠、椒鹽、面粉、糖、胡椒粉、五香粉、胡椒粉、蒜一頭、姜兩片、蔥一段、蚝油、雞蛋。

  2、将清洗的雞脯肉切成薄片,并将刀背敲打面積擴大到原來的1.5倍,将蔥姜蒜加入少量水放入攪拌機打成汁。

  3、适量加入鹽、胡椒粉、糖、五香粉等輔料。

  4、将肉放入料汁中腌制,腌制後的肉放平,在上面撒一層面粉,在雞肉外面裹一層雞蛋液,裹好後再粘一層面包糠。鍋裡放油,加熱至六成熱,炸至兩面金黃即可。
