  1、将豬肉洗淨,剁碎,加入水澱粉、精鹽、蔥末、姜末及少許清水攪上勁。

  2、黃瓜、西紅柿分别洗淨,切成小片。

  3、把湯鍋置火上,放入清水1000克,氽入肉丸子,待丸子浮起,加入黃瓜片、木耳、西紅柿片、精鹽、味精、蔥末燒開。

  4、盛入湯碗内,淋上香油即成。
