  1、食材:五花肉500g,醬油、料酒、鹽、香油、蔥末、姜泥适量。

  2、五花肉剁成泥。

  3、放入少許的醬油、料酒、鹽、香油、切得細細的蔥末和姜泥,如果肉餡比較瘦的話要加一些植物油進去,攪拌均勻。

  4、然後往肉餡裡加少許水,繼續攪,攪至肉餡有彈性,再加水,再攪。如此大概3-4次,肉餡粘稠又有彈性就好了。
