正宗酥餅的和面方法

  1、食材:

  面粉200克、芝麻少許、五香粉1勺、雞蛋1個、食用油3勺。

  2、做法:

  (1)面粉中打入一個雞蛋,放少許鹽,用溫水攪成絮狀。

  (2)揉成光滑的面團,蓋保鮮膜,醒10分鐘。

  (3)做油酥:碗中放入3勺面粉,1勺五香粉,1勺鹽,燒熱油澆入,攪拌均勻。

  (4)面團分成小劑子,擀平,刷上油酥,切成4分,按順序疊起,邊緣處捏緊。

  (5)擀成薄餅,撒上芝麻。

  (6)平底鍋或者電餅铛烙熟。
