山藥椒鹽餅制作方法

  1、主料:山藥半根。

  2、輔料:玉米澱粉2湯勺、胡蘿蔔适量、柿子椒半個。

  3、山藥去皮,切一元币厚的片,馬上撒玉米澱粉或其他生粉拌勻。

  4、蔥切末備用。

  5、鍋内入寬油,六成熱時下入山藥片劃散,炸至浮起微黃時撈出控油。

  6、鍋留底油,下蔥末、胡蘿蔔片及青椒粒中火炒香,下山藥片、撒椒鹽粉炒勻即可出鍋。
