  1、食材:三黃雞:一隻,醬油适量,麻油适量,胡椒粉适量,花生油适量,鹽适量。

  2、醬油、胡椒粉、麻油、鹽、花生油混合成醬汁,把雞放醬汁裡腌15分鐘;用賜紙把雞包好。

  3、放入窯裡烤15分鐘;食用時撕開雞肉即可。
