  1、材料:油菜1把,蒜頭5粒,鹽、油少許,酒1匙。

  2、做法:

  油菜洗淨切段,蒜頭拍碎。放入适量油熱鍋,爆香蒜頭。3、放入油菜,加入适量鹽、酒、略炒後即可起鍋。

  3、油菜即芸英,本草記載能散血消腫,散風遊丹毒。配合蒜頭能健脾開胃,通五髒、達諸竅,去寒濕。對于皮膚幹燥、異味性皮膚炎、濕疹、香港腳之類的皮膚病患有一定幫助。
