  1、格紮切菱形片。

  2、鍋中放入适量植物油,放入格紮炸至金黃。

  3、把所有格紮炸至金黃撈出控油待用。

  4、鍋中放入三勺番茄沙司,三勺白糖,一勺醋,三勺清水。

  5、大火燒開至冒泡泡,湯汁粘稠關火。

  6、倒入炸好的格紮。

  7、翻炒均勻,使格紮均勻的挂上糖醋汁,關火出鍋。
