銀魚炒蛋的做法

  1、食材:銀魚100克,雞蛋5個,蔥末5克,紹酒10克,味精1.5克,精鹽3克,豬油100克。制法:

  2、銀魚洗淨,入沸水鍋氽一下,瀝去水;雞蛋磕入碗内,加入鹽、味精、酒(5克)打勻。

  3、旺火熱鍋,滑鍋後下豬油燒熱,把銀魚、蔥末加入蛋液中調勻,倒入鍋中推炒(中途加油),待蛋液凝固嫩熟,烹入酒,再澆點油,颠翻一下,即可出鍋。
