  1、蔥切段,生姜切絲。

  2、蝦洗幹淨,去掉蝦線,加入料酒,加一半姜絲,适量胡椒粉,食鹽,抓均勻,腌制二十分鐘。

  3、番茄醬加入小碗,加白糖,澱粉,水,攪拌均勻。

  4、鍋中油熱,加入蔥姜爆香,加入蝦,炒至蝦變色,加入挑好的番茄汁。

  5、炒均勻收汁即可,一道美味的麻辣蝦就做好啦。
