  1、主料:臘肉200克、青椒2個。調味料:蔥姜蒜碎、糖、鹽、雞粉、料酒。

  2、臘肉上鍋蒸10分鐘,切片備用。青椒掰片備用。

  3、油熱蔥姜蒜末爆香,放入臘肉翻炒至臘肉卷曲出油,肥肉部分透明。

  4、放入青椒片,加糖、鹽、雞粉、料酒調味。臘肉本身已經鹹,酌量加鹽。

  5、下青椒翻炒斷生後出鍋即可。
