  1、整張的豆腐皮攤開,切成四份;

  2、取一小張豆腐皮,放上少許調好味的肉餡,像包春卷一樣卷起來,封口處抹上澱粉水,不容易開。

  3、全部包好後,平底鍋放少量油煎下,表面呈金黃色;

  4、煎好的豆腐皮包肉平鋪進鍋内,加少量水,老抽,白糖,雞精調味,中火煮個大概5~8分鐘,熟了就可以了。
